MUSIC BIRTH childbirth preparation classes are all inclusive, and prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth and early parenting.
Your MUSIC BIRTH class will cover everything you would learn in a traditional childbirth education class, along with the proven benefits of music therapy.
Each class includes lecture, hands on demonstration, practice time, visual aides, videos, question and answer time, Music Therapy, and more!
MUSIC BIRTH classes are held at St. Als, but are open to anyone, despite their delivery location. Cost is $100 per couple, which includes class tuition, manual, and CDs. (CDs are provided on loan, and must be returned within 2 weeks of your delivery.)
MUSIC BIRTH classes will help you gain confidence in your ability to give birth. You and your partner will learn multiple ways to achieve a healthy birth by using natural pain relieving techniques.
